Based on the novel of the same name by Blake Nelson, a teenage skateboarder’s life begins to fray after he is involved in the accidental death of a security guard.
I have been seeing this movie on my dashboard for quite sometime so I finally decided to watch it and discover what makes it really special and different. The story is very moving. Alex’s (Gabe Nevins) character is so typical yet so different (in a sort of weird but special way). Plus, it was nice seeing the young Taylor Momsen as Jennifer, Alex’s girlfriend.
A teenager’s life is complicated on it’s own. The movie showed how more complicated and twisted it can get when mixed with murder that no man one can ever handle.
