Guido Contini has got to be both the luckiest man in the world and the saddest one. Being a well known Italian film director with a beautiful wife Luisa Contini (Marion Cotillard), a sultry mistress Carla (Penelope Cruz), a world famous muse Clauda (Nicole Kidman), a true friend Lilli (Judi Dench) and a very loving mother (Sophia Loren), a man should be satisfied with his life, but not Guido.
It is a musical filled with drama and romance - “the Italian way”. Watch out for Kate Hudson, Marion Cotillard and Fergie’s musical numbers! Those were my favorites in the entire movie. Ahhh, this movie makes Italy, Italian men, Italian women, Italian films and everything Italian sexy!
